Before I knew about Jordana, I've always bought the Toki Doki Pen Eyeliner for $15. That's expensive considering I'm just a senior in highschool and unemployed. The pros of this amazing pen eyeliner is that it doesn't smudge even after a busy day and long-lasting too! After putting on this eyeliner, it dries very quickly after 10 seconds so you're ready to go. I purchased this pen on the month of January and there's still alot of black ink eyeliner. Who ever said cheap products aren't good quality? The cons of this pen is that it only comes in BLACK and BROWN =( I bought this in Walgreens and I believe it's also sold in other drugstores such as Duane Reade and Rite Aid if you live in the Queens, New York area. So, hop off the chair and run to your nearest drugstore to buy this awesome pen eyeliner you'll ever use in your life!
